Alma 38:5
"...I would that ye should remember, that as much as ye shall put your trust in God even so much ye shall be delivered out of your trials, and your troubles, and your afflictions, and ye shall be lifted up at the last day." This is a verse of such hope! I think we all start feeling really weighed down by our burdens every now and then, and this verse can just bring us peace. Trust in God. It's as simple as that! I think of it as sort of like those "easy buttons" they used to have in Staples commercials. Just put your trust in your God to help you out, and you'll feel a lot better!

Great comparison. Another thing that strikes me about that verse is that it does not say you will be delivered immediately. I think that's where faith especially comes in. I have a strong testimony the scripture is true - the Lord will deliver us, but on His timetable.
